The initial consultation includes two meetings. In the first, I listen—learning how you live, what you value, and how you want your garden to feel. These intentions quietly shape everything that follows.
In the second, I return with ideas. Together, we explore the space, establish a conceptual direction, and begin turning those intentions into something tangible.
This package also includes an initial garden cleanup & mulching. More than maintenance, it gives us a clear, honest understanding of the space and sets the stage for what comes next.
By the end, you’ll have a high-level concept plan and a rough-order budget to guide your project forward.
Every garden begins with structure.
Before color and seasonal bloom, there is a framework that holds everything together. Working closely with you, I shape that structure through listening and design—applying principles of balance, depth, and rhythm to your space and vision.
This foundation guides how the garden is experienced and how it evolves over time. Plants and colors will change, but a strong structure gives that change a place to live.
Final pricing is determined after the initial consultation and reflects the scope of your project and I try for a range of $2.5K to $20K. I keep my work intentionally small & relationship-driven, ensuring your garden receives full attention.

Each evolution session begins with a brief working lunch to reflect on the season ahead. From there, we visit the nursery together with intention—selecting plants that align with the garden’s direction and your developing eye.
Over time, these visits become more than plant selection. They are the continued refinement of your vision and confidence as a gardener.
